I vaguely remember that they were pretty low in the 2009 season under Kubiak. Then it was kind of a point of emphasis that following offseason. The team improved dramatically in 2010. Last year it was way down, but we had a lot of injuries last year so I'm not so sure that is a good measure of where the team really was. I think our red zone efficiency will be just fine, if not great, this season if our health holds up.

When talking best reciever in the NFL, there are only 3 names to consider. Fitzgerald, A.Johnson and C.Johnson. You can probably rank these three in any order and make a valid argument in each case.

A guy to watch out for though is Marshall. Now that he is back with Cutler he should be used to his full potential and showcase just how good he is. Like the top 3, he is just as physically gifted and during his Denver days was putting up numbers similar to those guys.

Matt Schaub is the 9th highest rated QB of all time.

    1.) Calvin Johnson
    2a.) Andre Johnson
    2b.) Larry Fitzgerald

and soon to be 3... Julio Jones.

Calvin is the sexy pick for #1 and he did have an amazing year, however, he is not as sound in ALL aspects of the game as AJ and Fitz....Calvin is just a mega physical freak that is finally putting those talents to proper use.

There are three types of lies: Lies, Damn Lies, and Statistics.

I'm a huge Shaub supporter, but Come on Man!

Megatron. AJ is a close second. Can't go wrong with either guy.

This. Julio Jones could be 1a in about 2-3 years.

Schaub's career passer rating of 92.2 puts him just under Joe Montana for 10th on the all time list. Just stating a fact when someone said Megatron has an advantage because of superior QB play.

Now I think most people would prefer Stafford to Schaub at this point, but I was just illustrating that Schaub has had a lot more success than some might think.

His skill set is scary. Green I think will be more consistent because Jones like T.O. can get a case of the dropsies now and then, but his speed for his size is insane.

Totally agree. Jones speed and size is beastly punishes small corners. However, his hands are not better than Green's.

    Megatron (2 200 yard games)
Fitz (look at his stats from last season and the QBS that threw him the ball)
    AJ

Without injury, AJ is the best WR in the league, and has been the best for years. The man is nothing but a beast. He's one of the few in history that double coverage, at times, isn't enough to slow him. If our #2 WR was halfway decent...

This stathead revolution that Houston is undergoing really downplays so many of our good players:

    K. Mart, Scola, Schaub, etc....

True. He drops way too many easy catches, yet he makes ridiculous catches look easy.

He can't throw a deep ball. His rating comes from TE and RB dumps. Calvin has the obviously superior QB. When comparing Schaub and Stafford, all of Staffords advantages are such that highly favor elite WRs.
