Will wait on Dan to say it's too good to be true..

Seriously though...it's good example of how obsessive Watt is and how pros need reality checks sometimes. Good adjustment by his trainer.

I have to give this guy credit for his carefully crafted image. He knows how to use the press and social media. I'm terrified we're going to find out he's some kind of cocaine addicted pedophile. I hope he can handle the pressure and success.

Yeah, read this earlier. Already knew he was eating ungodly amounts of food. Cool that he cooks his own stuff. I couldn't have a Chef waiting around all day to make me something to eat, maybe unless the chef was a best bud, but still, get the hell out of my house.

Cool that Killen's new burger spot is going to have a burger in honor of Watt.

I can imagine the chef yawning at the menu Watt gave him. It would be like hiring a pro bball player to rebound the ball for you.

There is no way he cooks his own meals. For the amount of calories he intakes and how much he has to train all day, he doesn't have enough time.

It's not that hard, when you take into consideration he's just heating the same "boring" stuff. There's no prep involved. You just need to cook in bulk. Plus, I'm sure he has a few high calorie protein shakes that add to the total.

That and the Texans cafeteria is probably providing a ton of that food each day anyway.

Well, the article did mention he didn't really care about the taste. He probably takes a blowtorch and ignites some meat and eats it. Once you say you don't care about the taste, many new doors are opened. Hell, he may eat a pound of greek yogurt and call it lunch. lol.

    6- 300 cal burger patties
    3- 150 cal avocados
    1- 500 cal protein shake

Something like this is 2750 calories. Some minor tweaks could easily take it to 3000. Ready in 20-30 mins.

This. During season he can't be cooking for himself except maybe on scheduled off days, and maybe an evening meal or two each night.

But then again maybe he is crazy enough to cook in bulk and bring in his own food every day.

At the end of the day I don't care (as long as he's not in jail) if he's a good guy or a bad guy. Just produce on the field.

    JJ Watt's lunch box.

But yeah, between the texans cafeteria where they lay out what you should be eating and not being picky about eating relatively bland and monotonous food it's not a crazy thought. It's not that hard or time consuming to make grilled chicken, veggies and a potato or rice.

Whatever keeps Watt both on the field and as efficient as he is, he can do whatever he wants.

    Amirite?
