    Yes, but it's a distinction without a difference. When they sold Korver's rights, he was still essentially a commodity to them. It's not like they had him in camp and said "wow, this guy sucks. Can we unload him and get a copy machine instead?" They had a late second-rounder and they weren't interested in keeping a spot open for a longshot like him. They missed out, but it's nothing personal.
