Anyone else think it's rude for someone to start talking to you when you are in the middle of watching a video? I know I shouldn't overreact, but I get so effing pissy aabout it when someone starts talking to me about crap when I'm in the middle of watching something. Personally, it's like people that see you reading a book, and then expect you to put it down to chat with them
You know what is more annoying than anything? When you're trying to have a conversation with a person, and someone else near you decides to watch a video on their phone while the volume is up. Very few things make me want to hit someone, but that does.
The reason it's rude is because pausing wastes battery. It saves energy to let people watch their videos in peace.
Was just about to ask the same thing. It was something about getting interrupted while eating lunch and watching videos.
hmm you guys are right, I have posted about this before. completely forgot. sorry, its the same person again. i dont mind talking to people, but when its me time and I wanna sit there and watch baseball highlights for 10 minutes, i dont want to be bothered.
Depends on where you are and if you have headphones in. Anywhere that is public transportation and you have headphones in (you do live in NYC right?) then screw that guy. If you are just sitting at work with co workers and watching a video without headphones I think you can't get upset. You should get in touch with Larry David, I think you guys might have a lot in common.
