    Interesting.

Could Shaq piggyback his way to another championship?

piggyback meaning he would contribute and help carry that team or he would ride someone to the championship?

i feel like if shaq went to the cavs, he would contribute quite a bit.

May turn out to be an overrated trade deadline.

    Screaming A on right now...

Said Hughes to the Knicks for Tim Thomas and Jerome James is close to a done deal.

    and the crickets keep chirping.

i thought thomas would stay on the knicks...a big guy who can shoot the 3 ball for another perimeter player? how small does d'antoni want to play in new york?

haha i love jerome james he takes one half way decent playoff series and gets like 30 mil from the knicks from it has he even played in more than 40 games for the knicks since he signed with them?

    here you go

Marc Stein: Word is coming in that the Knicks are closing in on some new players.

It is not immediately clear if this would be two separate trades or a three-way exchange, but I'm hearing that Oklahoma City's Chris Wilcox -- who went back to the Thunder on Wednesday night when the Tyson Chandler trade was rescinded -- and Chicago's Larry Hughes are New York-bound.

To complete the transaction(s), Oklahoma City would get Malik Rose and Chicago would receive Tim Thomas, Jerome James and Anthony Roberson.

Trying to nail it all down for you.

Urgh. That's a terrible deal for the Suns. They've already got an old man's Rudy Gay on their team, Jason Richardson.

Is it possible that some trades will occur, but we won't hear about it an hour (or whatever) after the deadline passes?
