History on Clutchfans is defined as BKC and AKC -- we are current in the AKC age (After KingCheetah).

 

I'd define the history as BYY and AYY or BYM and AYM.

There doesn't seem to be as many memes on here the last few years as there used to be.

 

I saw, I conquered, I came.

I've seen some old threads and the most striking things are the limited number of responses, how expansive and thought out some of the responses are, and the lack of quoting other posts in responses. All in all, it seemed like the threads stayed on topic, didn't break down into multiple conversations, and had a minimal amount of snarky/$hit posts.

It's easy to see how popularity and the evolution of internet culture has had an impact on the site.

Imo, this message forum was a lot better ten or so years ago. Members genuinely trying to help each other out vs everyone mocking each other and trolling these days.

What happened to finalsbound? I'm a little concerned about this particular poster. I received an e-mail about some jackass stalker, and haven't seen any posts since then.

 

The old days were different. Then Yao Ming came, and everything changed.

 

And not necessarily for the better...
