That's why I'm puzzled, as to why he doesn't go train elsewhere with more experienced professionals. Science should point him in that direction.

Didn't read but didn't he always used to tweet things about like "Thanks God" or "Thanks Jesus." I thought he was a religious guy before. I can see this as a publicity thing and him claiming to be an atheist like C.S. Lewis and then claiming to have found God later and then saying he has seen angels or some thing to get attention.

It's sarcasm. He has always poked fun at athletes/teams praying for wins. I thought it was pretty obvious he didn't believe in God.

Grew up Catholic, but I can understand why believe don't believe in God.

Arian's TD celebration (bow) has something to do with God.. or at least spirits.

Great article. Best I've seen on ESPN in a while, actually.

And, for the record, I pretty much agree with everything he says. Spot on.

Not a football fan but I admire his bravery.

For an atheist to go public takes bravery. Some christians are suprisingly hostile

I think it's silly that some atheists think they're special for not believing. Are you that self centered that you have to actually tell people that you don't believe in god? Who cares.

Isn't the duty of a christian ( or any other religion) is to promote his beliefs and attract potential followers. If so then there is difference between Tebow and Foster unless Foster is trying to promote atheism?

If someone asks, then he responds. So what?
Do you have a problem with atheists gathering and supporting each other? Is that difficult to understand that there might be thousands of atheists her in the U.S and abroad that want and need the support of each other because of several factors such as their families shunning them or government prosecution? Atheists/heretics/witches/heathens or what ever label prior history has labeled atheists have been persecuted for over a millennia. Is it that difficult to understand that atheists want their views to be expressed so the theist majority doesn't believe they are some inherently evil people destined for eternal hell?

Do atheists knock at your door and proselytize to you? Do they set up missionaries and force their believes on indigenous populations?

I don't know if you are trolling because your rhetoric in your posts is what a dedicated liberal would post as a caricature of a conservative nut for comedic value.
