Can't be # 3, McFail is still the coach and we have the poorest coaching staff for a winning team. When you listen to Bickerstaff jr and McFail, you're like WTH!!

Excellent article, he has assembled a winning team, but the coaching staff currently isn't geared toward delivering a championship. The players barely listen to any of them. Let alone McFail.

To accurately evaluate Morey's performance, you need to look at how has he done compares to the years prior to his hiring, and his performance vs the other 29 team.

Based on those comparisons, I'd say he has done an above average job, not great, but decent.

This whole "playoff achievement" argument is superficial at best. The Yao/McGrady teams he inherited were never healthy, even before we lost them for nothing. After that it took time to rebuild. Last year was the first year we had a team that could reasonably been expected to advance.

He's also responsible for hiring the coach and assembling his staff and the team's basketball philosophy, which revolves around trying to get layups or jacking up a bunch of 3s without bringing in good 3 pt shooters.

No matter what Maury will always rank #1 all-time in moral victories!

Hinkie is low, but he'll prove himself higher.
