    Far be it for me to ever proclaim this, but this girl is the real deal. And I haven't heard any young country artist like her in years. She has the 'it" factor. Anyway, I know I'm going to get snarky comments about this thread, but I am 99% confident that she is going to change country music for the better.

    For those that don't know she covered You Ain't Woman Enough, by Loretta Lynn on the voice in the blind auditions. Here she is with her band doing a Delbert Mcclinton cover:

    It constantly amazes me that you guys from Texas, the capital of ****-kicker, USA, act like they don't listen to country music. Never head of David Allen Coe or Mickey Gilley. lol

    Country is insanely popular here in Houston... But people on an online forum are usually going to be educated, which is not the target audience for country.

    Gah I was at a festival in Winnie last night and that garbage was blaring from the stage.

    I know a lot about country music, and I'm telling you this girl has it. While not the same context, the last two girls that I heard for the first time and it stopped me dead in my tracks were Taylor Swift (Tim Mcgraw), mainly because of the lyrics were so good, and Leanne Rhimes when I head "blue" I pulled my car to the side of the road in the middle of a freeway and way freaking out when I head that.

    I'm telling you this girl has it.
