... all points were from dunks, layups or 3s. I like it. Seems like efficient basketball to me.

He needs to get stronger in order to finish after contact, that is his biggest weakness on the offensive end at this point.

That first one was a mid-range jumper, but he was open, so that was okay.

I noticed he also didn't take any contested shots outside the paint.

"Hey Bud, let's party" is lame, but C-Bud had a big night. Once he gets consistent, he is going to be a serious contributor to the team.

I actually like hearing, "Hey Bud lets party!" just because it means that we actually made a 3. That steal-behind the back dribble-pull up three was pretty sweet. Too bad we couldn't seal the game off.

Bud should be getting more minutes, especially tonight since he was feeling it.

That was full of win... pretty fly for a white guy.

Was it just me or was that pull up 3 after the behind-the-back a travel?

Besides the Pistons game, it seems like every time Chase has a big game the Rockets usually lose. Don't get me wrong, I'm one of his fans, but I have to speak the truth. I think the explanation is, the more time he's in the game the more their team defense suffers imo cause sometimes the other guys have to help off his man.

Back in the old days, that is called traveling 99% of the time. However, now days, you can take 4 steps without being called. That is probably called 1% of the time in this era of basketball. At this pace, soon you won't even have to dribble, shoot, they might remove the bounce from the ball so you can't dribble and if you do it will be a turnover. ;)

I would have to agree, he still makes rookie mistakes as to be expected(leaving Peja with to much room). He seems like he will get much better at defense because he has the tools to be a great defensive player. Saying that, I really like his game. I would like to see him put the ball on the deck more and attack the rim, but his jumper is pretty. He may be a Peja one day.

We DIDN'T lose tonight because of Chase's team high 18 points and 2 blocks

We won at the J***z at their place because Chase caught fire in the 4th quarter

We won after Chase's first career start and career double double

We won after Chase scored 11 and grabbed 6 rebounds @ LAL

He has been more than sufficient on defense most of the time unless against smaller, quicker guards or elite SF's (hell he managed to stay in front of Vince Carter too)

Thanks for the upload batkins. People need to stop clamoring for Rudy Fernandez, because we got Budinger. He just needs to work more on his ball handling and especially his defense, and he'll be a solid role player for years to come.
