I don't know about the most talented one... that might go to someone else but Chandler is MOST VALUABLE this season
Do you mean currently or career wise? I would say career wise Scola and Camby. At this moment even if he is hurt Lowry.
I voted Parsons even though I know he isn't. I'm just biased. I think KLow is the best player on the team.
It's still Lowry but I feel Dragic is a close second, and deserves more votes than Parsons, so I voted for him.
I believe you have to be able to consistently create your own shot off the dribble and/or have a post up game to be considered the best player on your team. That eliminates Parsons. Then I consider versatility, which eliminates Martin. I find myself left with Lowry, Dragic, and Scola. Given Scola's age, lack of athleticism, and questionable defense, I can't choose him. So it's between Lowry and Dragic. Pretty close call (as we've seen), but I give it to Dragic since he has more size, can finish stronger at the rim, shoots a higher %, and has what I would consider a more natural feel for the game...that "something" that a Steve Nash, Jason Kidd, or Ginobili has. So yes...as strange as it seems, I'm choosing Dragic.
I love KLow, but to be honest, I think the best player on the Rockets roster is Goran Dragic. I know, bold statement, but when Dragic gets time he is a very special player. Not to mention he makes a lot of big shots and his dribble drive penetration is one of the finest in the league. But I think next year, D-Mo is gonna erupt.
Wow to the results thus far: Lowry has 90 votes, Dragic has 160. Maybe is the case of last impressions, but I thought the vote for best player would be overwhelmingly Lowry. Having said, if we are to keep one of them, I would keep Dragic and trade Lowry for a star player for a position of need. I think if Morey lets the market dictate Dragic's next contract, he will either lose him for nothing or he will have to overpay to keep his services. I understand there may be another option: sign and trade him, but I am not certain about that. Bima? Best outcome, either way, keep Lowry or Dragic, might have meant that we will get a very good player in return for whoever gets shipped out. The absolutely worst outcome is to lose Dragic for nothing.
I have to go with Scola. He's the only one who gives us 10 and 10 every night. Parsons' stock is rising no doubt and Kyle is legit too but you can always count on Luis to give us 10 and 10 night in and night out.
