I am trying to find a few "SIM" players for NBA 2K9 5on5 online mode...... We will (of course) be using the Rockets. I thought it would be great to have an all clutchfans team! We should have a chemistry advantage in that we know the limits and capabilities of our guys. There are so many different combinations of starters we can use so I need to know if anyone is especially good with any certain player. Be it Artest, Shane, Mac, Yao, Luis etc..... It would help if I could play a game with you to make sure we get all SIM players that have no problem with spacing and sometimes just being a roleplayer. I would like to avoid the 12 year old dunkfest "Dickcheesers" if you get my drift...... Lets play like the Rox do....... My GT is: THEB1GNASTY
I think Clutchfans is full of 2K dickcheesers.lol I am all SIM, and I wreck with Scola..... I would have thought putting toghether a Cluchfans team would have been easier, quicker........3 to go eh? My gamertag is :Crustyjack
I don't understand the concept. Is this a team where each player controls 1 of the 5 players on the court? Can you even do that online?
Yes. New feature. You could join a league where you are a player rather than a team. I think anyways... Sounds boring to me though. I would get frustrated.
Yeah, i think i would get frustrated too. If you play the right way (space the floor, box out, etc.) it could get really boring and if everyone is trying to be the man that it would also suck.
Exactly. And the thread starter wants to play sim style like the Rockets. That would mean the other 4 players would have to stand and watch McGrady dribble for 15secs then shoot a 23fter.
Look, nobody really cares about NBA Live. So you can play it by yourself just leave the 2k fans alone

That is why I want to try and get 5 guys that understand the game. I have no problem with just being a rebounder and letting someone else do all the scoring.....
PS3 or 360? I'm only getting it for PS3. My PSN is Drex2234... ...I'd definitely be in if I could get Yao. Been playing NBA2K obsessively since it started, and I'm darn good with the big guys by now.
PS3 here. My PSN log-in is attica3. Never played 2k though, but I'll be getting it when it comes out.
