    Just for the record OP, it was Houston's Restaurant in Pasadena, California. Not In Houston, Texas.

    I think Houston's is the name of the restaurant, and he's talking about Pasadena and Santa Monica CA....

    I have no idea if Houston's is an up class restaurant, but people shouldn't go out to eat at any sit down restaurant wearing a tank top. It makes you look like an immature *******

    For instance, if Dwight Howard showed up to my restaurant butt naked and whipped his dick out onto the table, I would not deny him service at the hypothetical restaurant I would be owning in my fantasy err-- I mean scenario.
