They've lost to Rice and Northern Illinois

They've scored 30 pts once this season - against South Dakota State

In four Big12 games, they've yet to score more than 16 points in a game

I don't like Charlie Weiss, but props to him for that interview while walking off the field at halftime. He actually said 2-3 things that were substantive and made the whole exercise worthwhile.

Unfortunately his comments mean we will be dependent on Ash having a great second half if we are going to win. Sad times in Austin. Anyone think losing this game is the final nail in Mack's coffin?

Case has now been in games this season for 4 possessions (2 vs OU, 2 vs KU). 4 TDs.

This will be a fun QB-controversy filled week to see which QB gets to lose to Tech.

Honestly, was not impressed with the win against Baylor last week. I saw no improvement from our players. We beat them on pure talent alone.

Working today so I couldn't watch the game, but to have needed a game-winning TD drive against Kansas, the bottom feeders in football for the Big XII!? That is inexcusable. Manny Diaz has coached the worst defense this team has seen. Giving up 4.2 yds/rush, when you know they're going to rush? This is awful.

Manny makes no adjustments. We know what play they're going to run yet we can't do anything to stop it. It's awful. Diaz needs to go.

Ash has reverted back to 2011 Ash since the OU beatdown. His confidence is shot. He did great against easy defenses early in the season, but he isn't looking to be a good QB in the long run. I hope we get a QB with greater mental fortitude.

and those 4 possessions were in games where ash had 6+ quarters of action and got 7 points, on a drive that involved no passing. it's weird how mccoy was much better than ash last year and has now come into 2 straight games where ash could do nothing and scored 4 TD's on 4 possessions. it's almost like he's better than ash. nah, can't be.

Brewer has to be better than these two inconsistent players. If not him, then at least Swoopes if he doesn't get red-shirted.
