He's gonna be a player. And he's basically a hometown boy for Orlando. I think they are viewing him as their franchise face as long as he performs well. He's skilled, smart, clean, and also a super nice kid.

i heard he has great post moves and 100% nba ready in term of offensive skills. what about his defense?

He has decent defensive potential but he's going to have the typical rookie troubles a the officials call the game very liberally against rookies in favor of vets.

Honestly I think Nicholson will have a better career than our trio of rookie PFs. He has better size, is mobile and has legit post moves inside. Kid can flat out score without any set up. Needs to polish the D and passing but the tools are there.

I had a post before the Rockets should have drafted Nicholson and Jae Crowder (IMO the best shooter in the draft) along with Lamb.
