First and foremost, you had the right to be angry. However, what's keeping you frustrated is that you were incompetent in handling the situation.

Take a deep breath and analyze the situation carefully. The situation has passed and what's done is done - there's absolutely no reason to keep yourself angry anymore.

If you feel insecure that it might happen again, analyze the situation more carefully and see what you should've done/areas you're deficient in as a person (as you say, you need to work on your cussing - not really my avenue but if it works for you).

I personally would've gotten out of the car, wouldn't have let her order. When the people on the back of the line or restaurant management went to check up, I would've explained that she cut, and we, presumably, gang up on her.

You were incompetent. Fix it.

By the way, was she hot? This is a serious question. Contrary to the popular saying "Don't judge a book by its cover," people can be evaluated based on their looks.
