What's the deal with that eagle? There was a battlefield and everything was destroyed except 1 guy and an eagle or something? The guy takes the eagle back to Auburn? That's cool if so. Damn cool.

There's many different stories to it, but that one you just said is the most prominant one and the most commonly referenced. It's good stuff.

That reminds me of the Carlin skit on cats and dogs. Cats will run face first into a sliding glass door and strut off like nothing happened. But when they get behind the couch, you know're they're like "oh ****ing meow, that hurt." That bird just kept flying like he totally meant to do that.
