Anyone know any good property management companies in Houston? All the ones I've been checking out have really bad reviews on the net. Any help would be really appreciated.

Multi-family: 3 bedrooms

I'm looking for an extremely reliable property management company that I can depend on to take care of everything for me while I'm abroad.

Do you need a property management company or would you settle for a really good realtor long experienced with property management?

I would definitely settle for an experienced realtor as long as I could be confident that my investment would be well taken care of while I'm abroad.

Is this a rental property or just your house you want someone to take care of while you're gone?

If it's a rental property, I've been using ZING for almost 3 years now and have had nothing but good experiences with them.

If it's just your house, I'd go with these guys:

It's linked to whatever email that you used to register with the board. Check your USER CP settings, if i need to resend I can, just let me know

I see what you mean now - the message was sent to the e-mail address linked to my account. I thought you meant you PMed me a message on this website. I emailed him a realtor I know that has been doing property mgt for residential occupied properties for local & out of state clients for 20+ yrs. I can pass that info along if you'd like.
