I had one a couple weeks back. I had eaten broccoli that day along with a metamucil supplement. Clean as a whistle. I thought about bumping this thread, but ended up forgetting. Thanks for the memories!!

Yes, these happen quite often for me, at least once a month.

I even wipe again to see if it is truly happening.

Then I leave the toilet with a sense of pride and satisfaction, knowing that I have achieved the Mecca of poop, like a shut out in baseball, 300 in bowling and winning the NBA championship on NBA2K12.

What is really cool is when the said poop disappears as well, that is stuff of legend.

I tried to start a "diet" with some pistachios, shredded cabbage and blackberries. First night, I took some Unisom/Benadryl to fall asleep and was up the whole night constipated. It was the first time it happened to me so I was genuinely scared I would go out like the child actress from the Poltergeist movies. Went to CVS the next day and pretty much bought every other the counter drug and "device" imaginable, but never had the same problem since then.

like once every two months, usually if i eat really healthy beforehand (veggies and fruits, no meat and little to no white rice/bread/carbs at all) moderate amounts of water.

wow, I have one like once a week definitely and my eating habits are probably the worst ever.

I literally don't eat vegetables, very rarely eat fruits (like once a week maybe). On most days I'll eat only one meal and most of the time it's junk food
