I compiled this from a blog. Great stuff and very informative. - Each 2 point shot made is worth 1 point. - Each shot missed is worth negative 1 point (I do not penalize a missed 3 point shot by 1.5 points, merely 1 point). - Each 3 point shot made is worth 1.5 points. - 3 pointers are completely factored in to this shot made/missed differential statistical analysis. -Each player must have a minimum of 15,000 shot attempts. Looks like this will stay as the record for at least the next 50 years, especially when we consider the low scoring games these days.
exactly i was thinking this would be about the Steve Kerr, Dale Ellis, Craig Hodges, Larry Birds etc i was done fooled
OP should thank me I introduced that guy Bruce Blitz to clutchfans Dude is extremely smart and knows a lot about the history of the game. The stats in the OP's post, are just some of the many fancy stats he uses to determine all-time NBA players rankings... so when he says that Kobe is the most overrated player in NBA, he probably has an argument for it

no those aren't the all time greatest shooters, that means your formula is wrong... you think shaq coming off the pick and roll, then dunking it into the basket makes him an "all time greatest shooter"??
