Mo Taylor is an unrestricted free agent. The Clips do not need the 4.5 M exception since they are well under the cap. All indications are, Taylor will only sign a one year deal for a mid-level exception (2.5m) in the hopes of hitting it big next year. It is a gamble on his part as he needs a good season this year and will be under Webber on everyones wish list next year.
