Notice how the article was edited to say, "worked over Wafer for consecutive baskets." This guy is a terrible writer, saying things that didn't even happen.
Something tells me West's NBA career will be over soon. I don't know how teams are going to put up with that. Wafer hasn't exactly been a saint either, but it seems this is all provoked by West.
It's a sweet thing when comeuppance and schadenfreude come together in one fell swoop. That's what will happen when that punk West gets dropped from the Cs and gets permanently blackballed for being a real @-hole. I'll get a nice little chuckle out of that when it happens.
Delonte West returns tomorrow night against Washington. Also, Avery Bradley is very close to being activated and may be in uniform tomorrow night as well. Von Wafer is going to be pushed to the end of the bench. He didn't do much in the first ten games and might not get another opportunity. If Bradley and West look as good as expected, Wafer could be released at some point. (Go Rockets! tonight against Chicago.)
Pretty good article on Wafer and Allen's opinion on whether or not he can grow as a player. Allen's tough love for Wafer pays off
Thats really cool of Ray Allen to take Wafer under his wing. And it seems Von is responding. This is a really good chance for Wafer to improve his game and establish him self as an NBA player. Make the most of it Von.
