i honestly think tinman enjoys the fact the ROCKETS didn't get past the first round from 05-08. he literally wouldn't have it any other way. he spouts all this bull**** about "real" fan this, "real" fan that...yet i've literally never seen a fan constantly mocking and almost gloating that the rockets (supposedly his team) didn't advance with tmac on the team. he's on the forum all the time and 90% of his posts are either in the lin thread on the nba dish or otherwise talking about lin/tmac in any thread they might pop up, or any thread he has the opportunity to bring them up. (this is also funny, because the same reasons he criticizes tmac and absolves everyone else on those teams is b/c tmac is the star - yet he absolves everyone else for the 2014 collapse because lin, a bench player (and not the stars) were responsible for the loss).

but seriously, it's like some reverse thing of some parent that constantly brings up their kid and is bragging about them and their accomplishments. tinman is constantly bringing up tmac and excitedly talking about the rockets failure during that time. i honestly don't know what gets him more excited in his pants...if i were to guess...

1.) tmac and the rockets failing from 05-08
2.) talking about how bad/devil like lin is
3.) seeing his sign up date on this board was in 99.
4.) seeing a post from clutch or any other poster with 99.
5.) rockets history (specifically related to hakeem, moses or barkley)

    in that order.

but hey man, to each their own. everyone enjoys something differently, and that's definitely the case for sports. it might be influence from a family member, or they used to or currently play and love the game, they enjoy watching the game, they enjoy watching a certain player, or some sort of personal connection..whatever it may be, people enjoy the same thing for different reasons. for tinman, it's relishing in past moments, both good, but moreso bad. he enjoys the failures maybe even more than the successes b/c there's less to talk about when you succeed, less to argue. though i use the word "argue" lightly because i don't think i've ever seen tinman make an actual argument and address someones points - it's an immediate same rehashed childish copy/paste comment with a link/video to something irrelevant and a reference to when he joined the board.

    And you never will.

If tinman was to provide any insight to a conversation and actually bring up decent - heck I'll even go with just relevant - points.... his post count would be sub 100.

He supposedly fights the good fight that God put him on this earth to do - in banishing the LOF - when in reality 99% of Clutchfans aka Rockets fans - want him gone just as badly.

It's best just to not take his posts seriously. At first I did, and I couldn't believe that someone could be so idiotic. But it's at the point where it's humerous now because he tries so hard to be liked on an online forum - you can't help but laugh at how pathetic he is.

I hope everyone enjoyed their Tmac day!

This is the day where tmac fans get to pretend he's better than James Harden!

Harden is certainly a more skilled and versatile offensive player.

But T-mac was more athletic, explosive, and a better defensive player. T-mac also didn't turn the ball over as much.

The jury is still out on which one is better.

the jury is not out on who took the Rockets to the Western Conference Finals and who is dependable to show up every game.

show meaning actually playing, not taking every other day off to do sit ups with tim grover.

I am not getting into any of that, just talking about how they performed when healthy.

I'm not even sure Harden is more "versatile".

But one thing is for sure - teams win games, not players.

It hurts to say it but i think it was fools gold. Some miracle spark happened that blew up randomly to get them into the wcf. They were head and shoulders above Dal but this season is more then enough proof of that point.

That jury must be the OJ jury then. Everyone else knows who is better.
