To be fair I know there are more level headed democrats out there so this is not a blanket statement by any means.....
But what a bunch of sore winners you liberals are. Even in victory the antics continue. Let me list a few; Biden dropping a F-bomb on national TV? Democrats in congress cheering and chanting like it’s a high school pep rally? Pasting the news media with wild claims of threats? The so called media following along like a puppy on a leash? Give me a freaking break…
I certainly don’t promote or encourage this type of activity but these people receive threats every day they are in office, it sort of comes with the territory. Where was all the concern when GW Bush was in office and he was receiving similar treatment from the radical left wingers? Where was the sore loser talk when Gore lost the election? The hypocrisy just oozes from the core of all of this..
When left wingers are rioting in the street and burning cars it’s a noble cause with passion. When others do it is negative and threatening? Please, even in victory your egos get the best of you.
Its going to be fun over the next seven months watching the damage control and the spin and media frenzy on CommunistNewsNetwork and MSNobodyCares leading up to another sweeping defeat just like during the Clinton first mid terms.
God Bless America!

Did you think this up all by yourself?
I love you sponges always try to associate the "rage" theme with people who disagree with you; typical fascist tactics.

if that makes us fascist, that makes you an uber super duper fascist extraordinaire you big whiny baby. the fact that you continue to post without any sense of irony is very amusing to us.
regardless, your rage will get you a prime spot in the camps. maybe if you start behaving yourself, we'll only take you in the middle of the night instead of publicly embarrassing you in front of your friends and family*.

Guys, I completely understand why you're throwing out ironic camp references (and I may have done it myself a time or two in the past), but I've got to tell you, it makes me a little squeamish. The time for that is in response to a similar rage-filled paranoid comment with the aim of pointing out how ridiculous the notion is... not during a moment of triumph. If it becomes routine from our side, regardless of our intentions, it gives the other side license to indulge their paranoia even more. I'm not usually one to shy away from tough rhetoric, but this one rubs me the wrong way.
Thanks for listening.

So you haven't addressed my question yet?
Where was all this concern for Bush?
Its almost comical how the left is trying to criminalize any objection to this bill. Why are you so afraid of objection? I have yet to seen any Senator or Congressman who voted for the bill answer any questions about the content. When asked they always dodge the question.
What are they trying to hide?

Same place as the concern for Obama - relatively nonexistent. They both have immense amounts of security and constantly get threats. Nothing new there.
The real issue is the danger to - and actual attacks on - House Reps and Senators and their families who don't have round the clock Secret Service protection. There was never this kind of violence threatened on GOP House and Senate members. You didn't have gas lines being cut. Or coffins put in front lawns. Or nooses faxed to people. Or bricks thrown through windows nationwide. Or opposition leaders putting crosshairs on and telling people to "take aim at" House members. etc.
You like to equate the two, but the reality is that it's not remotely accurate.

Sounds like what white supremacists used to do, doesn't it? It doesn't mean its just about race, but it about hate.

You started a thread basically to whine and cry like a spoiled baby?
Nice job. The Democrats passed landmark major legislation and cheered, and because your side lost, it rubs you the wrong way so you come the bbs to cry about it? HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
That's hilarious.
Of course what you claim to be wild claims of threats have all been substantiated so they aren't that wild at all. But it fits in with your MO that you would deny any wrong doing, and your side (which talks about responsibility) can't take responsibility when things go wrong.
This thread is awesome. I wish I could give it 5 stars.

I'm not going to address the rest of your post, because...well, really, what's the point? But I will address these two points:
THE F-BOMB
VP Cheney to Sen. Patrick Leahy: "Go f--- yourself!"
VP Biden in celebration: "This is a big f---ing deal!"
If you think those two are even close to equivalent, you are completely bonkers. The VP is a person. People curse. How will you sleep at night?
THE CHEERING AND CHANTING
This is legislation that people have been trying to get on the books for nearly 100 years. It has been met with scorn, obstruction, and assault from the right (backed by insurance companies) all the way. After finally achieving what many thought could not be achieved, and passing legislation that makes health care more accessible for millions of Americans, you honestly expect the members of Congress to sit on their hands and whisper to each other? If the shoe was on the other foot, the Republicans would be just as exuberant.
Here, I found a shirt for you...

I didn't realize it was such a big F'ing deal to whisper this is a big f'ing deal.
Its the media making a big f'ing deal about nothing.

Despite thumbs' ridiculous claims to the contrary, I think OddsOn really is a textbook example of the common tea-partier.
