Well, I can' say this one really stung. The one in 1997 and 1996 did sting a lot. I don't know if it was because it was the end of the team basically, or because I was just younger. Nevertheless, I had a lot of fun this year following the Rockets...

So just wanted to thank a few peeps.

Thanks to Clutch for letting me be a part of this forum again after my many screw ups...and for having the best team fan site in the world. This place is a temple to the Houston Rockets - a place of worship and discussion. Please take your shoes off before walking in and stay in the spirit of being in the awe that is Clutch City.

Thanks to R2K for consistently being in chat and just being a good guy. Chat is a lot of fun and a great place to watch games (especially when you are banned from the forum) and a large part of what makes it great is R2K's watchful eye.

Thanks to many of the clutchians on this site for posting cools stuff, insider info, intriguing analysis, and terrible trade ideas / predictions / random venting.

Thanks to the Rockets organization including Les and the coaching for constantly trying to put a winning product out there. This is no small feat and for us to be constantly pushing elite teams to 6 or 7 games isn't something to be dismissed. If you aren't so sure, maybe try spending a season rooting for the Memphis Grizzles.

And most importantly, thanks to the ROckets players. All of them. Pre trade post trade this year. Yao, T-mac, Battier, Rafer, Jackson, Wells, even Luther.
THese guys did something truly incredible, and more importantly, they never gave up, and never accepted defeat until it was over. I'm so happy to be a Houston Rockets fan!

People don't realize he was in the top seven in steals...For all facets of the game, I have to give it to him." —Michael Jordan
