    eddie griffin.

Eddie Griffin has been working out with John Lucas in his camp. He's in really great shape right now and apparently the Rockets have asked him to come back....

NBAHOU713 - this thread will be locked in about 5 minutes. If you post something like the Rockets have asked Eddie Griffin to come back, you need to show where you got that from. That is not likely to be the case and no one has heard that info, to my knowledge.

NBAHOU713, you haven't learned how to start a thread yet. So don't start one.

Im sorry its not on paper on applied somewhere online. I got this source from her. john Lucas works with about 15 nba players in the offseason. Eddie Griffin is of them right now. Go ahead and lock it. It will eventually be in the paper anyway. Sorry for wasting space.

You know, if he's on the right meds, in good standing with his parole officer, spends a lot of hours down at Texas Childrens Hospital, apologizes for being a waste of 3 first round daft picks, willing to play for a non-guranteed minimum. I'd be happy to let him come to camp.

He should feel like he owes the Houston Rockets

No ... if you make that claim, I'll leave it. But making a claim like that leaves yourself open to criticism if it does not turn out to be true. Just speaking from experience. It's unfortunately part of the 'scoop' game. I hope you're right and we'll see how this plays out.

Lack of source not withstanding, I would give Eddie one more shot. I think most of the Houston fans wouldbe very happy to see Eddie succeed.

I think you if you stated your source first and explained it as something you heard, even if it doesn't turn out to be true, you would come out of this without taking any crap.
