Off the top of my head, I can't remember the last time anyone frustrated the Shaq so much while holding Bryant and Rice in check at the same time.

I can't remember the last time anyone blocked Shaq's shot twice in a game, to along with a solo on Kobe.

As these young Rockets improve, the future might belong to us. Other than Duncan/Robinson in last year's playoffs, I can't remember anyone play The Shaq as well as Cato did tonite.

Hell, we didn't even have to resort to the Hack-a-Shaq.

Cato is such a great player. He brings alot of energy to the floor. Just amazing blocks, he didnt fall for shaqs fakes. He just did it great!

This is a BIG CONFIDENCE LIFTER. They beat the 2 best teams in one week.

He was holding his wrist at the end of the game. Does anyone know if he reinjured it or something?

I also didn't know Mobley's ISO was THAT GOOD. I usually on hear on the radio but now I've seen it. Mobley's ISO is about as lethal as the iverson cross-over.

Shaq had bad shot form becuase he dominates so much. If he wasn't so big and strong, he would learn how to shoot over tall guys. Cato is one of the few people able to jump and block his shot. He can't do much with his fakes becuase Cato has such a quick jump. All he's waiting for is that block.

Shandon on Kobe is a good matchup for us. Kobe won't light us up but will still get a decent game.

I dunno, but those Rockets sure looked like a well-coached team out there today. They pretty much executed the game plan to perfection....and it was definitely noticeable late in the fourth. Mobley was cool-headed and under control and made all the right passes on the penetration. This was a great victory when you factor in Francis spending time on the pine with foul trouble and the friggin' refs trying to steal the game for L.A. It looked like they were doing their best (the refs) to keep Francis out of the game since he was dogging the whole damn Laker team in the first half ... not to mention those lame delay of game calls in the fourth quarter. This victory was *sweet*. I guess this breaks the NBC jinx.

Mobley is so much more effective with Cato and Rogers in. Dream just doesn't find the passing lane as well as Cato/Rogers. Got to love to slam.

I couldn't be happier about that win. And I couldn't be happier than to see thecabbage start a positive rudy thread. We have great fans here...

    cheers

It was an excellently coached game, and well executed by the players. I was surprised by Mobley... I still don't like his sometimes errant play, but I admit that he does have talent... he really made Harper look foolish.

BTW, Cato blocking Shaq was great... my roommate is a laker fan, which made it even better [IMG]
