Hello clutchfans, I recently the p90x vids and started day one today. I was wondering if anyone has completed this program and if they have any advice or recommendations because, although I realize it is only day one, this **** ain't easy lol. I have gotten about 60 percent of the first day, but already I am dying! I may not end up sticking to the program, but use the videos for work outs, it may be a little too intense for me.

just keep it up! eat right, and keep up with it and you'll be alright. So many people after one or two weeks because they burn themselves out or lose motivation
It's not too hard if you start it with lean. It allows me to continue lifting at the gym, though I'm still at phase 1 of P90x lean, so I don't know how much more taxing it will be in a few weeks.
Ah thank you, didn't see that. Appreciate the advice folks, I'll check out that one to get some additional insight. Feel free to lock it up
