Thalia is far from "some Spanish singer", she is a huge star everywhere around the world except the United States. She is Mexican and was born in Mexico City. I first saw her in her "telenovela" (Spanish soap opera) "Maria La Del Barrio" (Mario from the Ghetto) when flipping thorugh channels a few years ago. I barely understood a word of what they were saying, but she so freakin' hot, do you think I cared?! From then on, I was hooked on her. My girlfreind hates her out of jealousy, but she is hot hot hot to the nth degree. Too bad she married that fat-a$$ Tommy Mottola (Mariah Carey's ex-hubby).
