I purchased two Rockets jerseys at a street market in Hong Kong. Except they weren't knock offs since it says "Authentic NBA Jersey" on them. ;)

Who knew the NBA uses iron on letters.

Ha! They seem to be the real thing. Those CHEATERS! I bet they'll get away with it... and fool some innocent peeps into believing their lies... and when they leave them and their products behind, they will complain.

That is all I purchase. I have purchased 20+ jersey over the years and have only had one horrible one, the rest looked like the same thing you would pay $200 for but cost $40-50.

If she's that great, just buy her the $200 one.

Why did I assume it would be a Bengals, Panthers, Lions or Jaguars jersey?

The knockoffs are made in the same sweatshops as the authentics, you probably won't be able to tell any differences unless you really look for them.

The replicas numbers and names are screen printed. The authentics are embroidered.

The official replicas from reebok/champion/nfl. Embroidered numbers and names on fakes are normal now, you have to look at color and font accuracy now.

I think your alien friends will stop probing you due to your cheap decisions, along with that zoo keeper.

Out of curiosity, if you're an adult, is it kosher to really wear one of these things in public if you're not going to a game, or a sports bar / friends house to watch a game?

I dont see a problem with it...maybe if you're too old you'll appear like you're trying to be cool, but that's all i can think of. Just don't wear a tight fitting jersey and do wear a shirt underneath.

Who gives a rats ass what other people think of what you're wearing? I wear my Vick jersey occasionally out of season and if people think less of me for it then they have too much time on their hands.
