Nah dude. The Comedy store is a lot different than it once was, now famous people just drop in and do sets instead of being scheduled. A lot of LA comics would rather wait tables and audition than go on the road and really test craft. That list seems to be filled with those types.

Jon Caparulo was the highlight of Vince Vaughn's Wild West Comedy Show. He's a really funny comedian.
