I go to the ones at: AstroSafari.com -just joined since I just bought an Astro Texas Rangers Forum -nice Astros discussion there too. Star Wars -Except that the mods have a Jedi complex. I don't post much. The Force -More laid back for us geeks that like the SW universe. Texans -Gotta get my football on... when not in the Hangout forum here. I was on another one that has since closed down. Anyway, anybody else have other BBS addictions? Of course, none of the other sites hold a candle to this one in my addictions. I only post on this Forum. I'm registered on Cheapassgamers.com so I can read about cheap video game deals -- by the way there is a 4.99 clearance going on at Best Buy right now, I think. But it started a while ago so I doubt the selection would be any good right now. Anyway, still looking for a thread there that would absolutely compel me to post. I'm convinced other people on this forum go there too... because recently there's been a "how did you get your moniker" and a "bring back the draft" thread. I read the ************ forum from time to time when I'm bored. One mr. wireonfire (sp?) is a huge contributor there, I'm sure others too but I don't really go there enough to remember. Anyway, wireonfire if you're reading this: big props for knowing so much about Chinese sports! you're the man. Back when I had a ton of time to burn, I would read the yaoming.net forum too, because Yao himself would post there. Plus I wanted to make sure I still spoke Chinese. I almost signed up for an account one day when I was reading this thread about how Wang Zhi Zhi is an awesome player, a hero, and made these people proud, and should be supported till the death. I really wanted to say something about that... but A) the monikers in the Chinese forums are all so cool and I couldn't think of a witty one at the time and B) I don't have Chinese windows so wouldn't have been able to type anyway. JBII -- are you a spurs and lakers fan too? or do you just go to those forums. because i would have thought those were mutually exclusive.
I am a moderator (under a different name) at this Porsche forum. I frequently post on this Crimson Tide board and this one as well. . In the state of Georgia, if you like high school sports, you can't miss this one.
I post on 2 different Pink Floyd forums. One is barely moderated and is so filled with trolls and idiots, that I have been slowly avoiding it. The other one is moderated but not enough topics are talked about because most are still at the other place.
www.bombsquadgolf.com and www.4gea.com. I used to hang out at a few Everquest forums, mostly www.monklybusiness.com. I guess right now the one thing I need is a rock climbing forum, since I'm doing more of that lately.
