This is pretty cool. I posted this video done by a friend ... it mixes Rockets highlight clips and Yao Ming highlights from the Chinese leagues. It's 52-seconds long. Maybe our friends from China will enjoy this as well.

It's in the multimedia section and will be posted on the front page news later today.

Please post any comments on it here... thanks.

AWESOME...i love the clip where Ming steals the ball at half court from the guard (or at least he looks like a guard next to Ming) and takes it in uncontested for a dunk

Great stuff

It would be nice if an MPEG version of the clip is posted.

Rockets fans are so awesome! That video was brilliant! Great job! For the Pro-Ming crowd this video has to send shivers down the spine. ;)

The only bad thing about the video? Too short! I wanted it to continue! More, more, more! ;)

Chris

P.S. Would love to have this video in Apple Quicktime.

Looks like my friend took Deuce's comments to heart and has released what he calls the DVD-directors-cut-deleted-scenes version :)

It's now 7.5 megs, up in the multimedia section and is just outstanding in my humble opinion.

That's very 'niu-bi' (Chinese, naming 'bad ass', pronouced as 'new bee'), I love it very much.

...actualy it is very moiving when I saw the Chinese five-start flag gradually change to the US flag, a natual transition Yao Ming will experiense in sense of sports---how deep you think this will affect his personal feeing, too? Very deep and profound, I can see, like many chinese in America, including myself, have experienced all already (not only in sports, though).
I want to say many many thanks to Clutch and your friend who has worked this out. Great work!!!

I was wondering that, myself. The only programs I know that can do that AFFORDABLY are Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premier. That is one seriously kick ass video!
