This game looks bad ass and I can't wait till it comes out (Oct 25). The demo recently came out and I just finished playing it for a couple of hours. It's very fun. LOL. The website doesn't load properly in my Firefox browser yet SOMEHOW works perfectly with Internet Explorer. Maybe it has to do with gay Microsoft...
It used to work in FireFox, but yeah...doesn't anymore. I noticed that too. Anyways, I love Ensemble Studios and their AOE games. I can get past the fact it's with Microsoft.
Yea, me either. AOE is definitely a top tier game, and I'm sure Bill Gates had nothing to do with it.
I don't mind it. It's the gameplay that counts. I played another skirmis today, and damn it was fun. This and BF2 were my 2 must haves of the year. Can't wait for the game to be released. Did no one else download it and give it a try?
Sorry, I downloaded it and gave it a play, but forgot to post about it. No surprise here, but I loved the demo as well. I kind of forgot how addictive a AOE game really is, even though this was just a demo. It actually ran pretty well on my laptop, which surprised me since it isn't too much of a gaming machine. And at the same time, it was still gorgeous (always a plus to have good performance and visuals). I'll probably spend some more time with it through the week.

I'm in Australia and the game hasnt come out here just as yet, but i am really looking forward to it being released. I think we have to wait another month!!!
Does anybody else think Uprising likes this game? I may get it. I don't know why since ever AoE-type game I get, I play for about a week or two and get bored with it.
