Lin and Harden are 3 and 4, like last time I believe.

I wonder what the reaction would be if Lin somehow beats out MVP-candidate Chris Paul, and as a result Harden gets pushed out of a spot on the team. That would be hilarious.

Looks like Harden will be a coaches' pick.

Extremely harsh. You never know, but that could be catalyst for change in the All-Star voting system.

He probably wouldn't push out Harden, but he would push out someone deserving for sure.

Then Harden will be coaches's selection. No need to worry about that. He is a lock.

I think Harden is making it regardless, specially if he keeps up his current level of play. Heck, I think there's a better chance of Russell Westbrook missing the All-Star game, then James Harden this year.

Lin's not getting in over Kobe and Paul. People need to chill out.

it will probably be Kobe and Paul as starters and then Westbrook and Harden as backup voted in by the coached.

How many reserves get chosen? If the coaches can select 3 reserve guards, then Harden should still make it (though Tony Parker or Steph Curry would be shafted, for sure). If only two, then I guess there's a pretty good chance that Paul and Westbrook would be chosen ahead of him.

Lin's production does not equal All-Star..Harden is the only All-Star on the team

    Curse you China.
They should really put a cap atleast on how many fans can vote, or who can vote.

From the beginning, the voting system is flawed (i.e. you're allowed to vote multiple times and are allowed to vote everyday  ) and NBA knew and knows perfectly that. If they didn't change then, I doubt they will change now.

Ok, so how does the All-Star selection process work now? I haven't really watched an All-Star game for almost 4 years now. If voting were to end today would both Harden and Lin be in?

I know eh? Some knee-jerk reaction here. Or just Lin-bashing in disguise.
