    The source...kevin martin...

The guy himself is super thrilled to be in OKC...and gets to practice early...playing with the 2nd best player in the league will do that for you...

So he didn't want to be practice drills in Houston? Actually this was obvious if you anyone saw Clutch's videos. Horrible work ethic and love for the game.

So glad the giant slow motion is off the Rockets.

Has a 2 year contract, i think both years are only partially guaranteed. But league minimum eitherway.

He doesn't look 'good', but when comparing his play to Perkins', he doesn't look 'bad'.

Lazy and doesn't care realizes that he's going to be unemployed and broke if he continues to be lazy and not care. Give that man a guaranteed deal for the MLE or more and watch the "new and improved" Thabeet return to the same old Thabeet.

They gave up Harden for an expiring K-Mart and unproven commodities.

Don't think they are too sane at this stage

If he can stay on the floor, he will contribute to some degree.

The culture of Spurs and OKC is different from the rest of the league. They develop players with rare patience. Sometimes it's not how you 'pick' the players, but how you 'develop' the players.

One thing I've noticed is how OKC view some turnovers as road to success rather than incapablity. WB is still very TO prone and Durant leads the NBA with TO's per game right now. But an interview last season mentioned how they intentionally encourage players to expand their game at the expense of increased TO's in near term.

Coaches in Memphis and Rockets are more demanding of on court performance. I don't blame them because the coaches themselves are not signed for long term deals, so the near term record is the most important thing to their reputation and career.

Too bad they lost to the Pistons. A team the Rockets beat.

Realizing that if you don't start playing right you will lose the easy millions of dollars and the lifestyle it brings will make many players start playing with passion. Just don't give him a 5 year contract that's guaranteed, the guy will revert to not trying at all.
