When you look at the teams that have won the championship in the past 10 years or any successful team...they all have leaders.

    Spurs: Duncan/Parker...and possibly Ginobili
    Heat: James/Wade/Battier
Lakers: Previously Fisher/ Kobe to some extent/Nash
    Celtics: Garnett/Pierce/previously Ray Allen

So who is the leader of this young Rocket team? When I think about it, I would assume Deflino, since he is a veteran...maybe Brooks can play the role of a leader...but I don't see a clear cut leader on this team..which could be hurt the Rockets in the playoffs.

Who do you think is the leader or who should be the leader?

Morey has praised Harden's leadership recently. He also calls players out on the floor... He is the team leader. I have seen Lin and Chandler also exert leadership in bits and pieces.

Either your best player (Harden) or your best floor general (Lin)...not saying that Harden isn't great at being a floor general. I was there for a few games during the Linsanity run and the dude was as good of a floor general as any I've seen in this league (in terms of directing and being vocal). Harden comes of as being too quiet.

Harden is definitely the vocal leader and Delfino is a leader in his own ways of work habit. I don't see how everyone is saying Lin is the leader.

    Kinda obvious....

Anyways I voted Harden. But now that I think about what the leader is, I think i might change my answer. Id assume a veteran would be the leader, but harden could become the leader come playoff time due to him having playoff experience and playing In the finals already.

You have to be mentally inept to think it's anyone besides Harden.

The guy who tells everyone else what to do the most.

On the other hand, Parsons is the captain.

Can you display who voted Lin? I am calling shenanigans on this whole poll. I love Lin but its Harden's team obviously.

Although I voted for harden, I can see why some voted for Lin...

if you watch the games you can see that his is the most vocal player in court... always talking instructing where they all should be etc. etc. but end of the day harden is the best player... you usually follow your best players lead...
