If Lin isn't 100% (if his knee is still bothering him), then he shouldn't be risking embarrassment and hurting the team's chances by trying to "tough it out".

Don't send him to the D-League; just put him on the IL for a couple of weeks.

...he says while stuffing his face with a now rare and endangered box of hostess twinkles. Felton was on EBay all week outbidding the competition.

First off Felton has always been a talented player with all-star potential, so it's not suprising that Felton is capable of being better than Lin.

Lin might be the worst starting PG right now, so at this point we should compare backup PGs to Lin and ask if they're better.

    Eric Maynor
    Kirk Hinrich
    JJ Barea
    Barbosa
    Beno Udrih
    Ramon Sessions
    Andre Miller
    Brandon Knight
    Aaron Brooks (lol)

I think I might pick all of those dudes over Lin at this point, except for Brooks.

Lin's fawk up of late is almost reminiscent to Jianlin pulling his Jeckyll (NBA) and Hyde (FIBA) routine. Doesn't really make sense at all. How could a guy that shot the ball fairly well in NY just not be able to shoot jack squat even after coaching?

You can not compare Raymond Felton with Jeremy Lin. Felton been in the League about 8 years and Lin has not even play 80 games yet.

Jeremy is still a young player. please stop the bashing.

Stop with the amount of games. Lin has been in the league for 3 years now and has also played in the D-League. If you want to do that then whey is Morris playing 20x better than Lin? I guess he's a rookie now right?

Lin didn't play in his rookie year maybe only in a few minutes in a few blow out games. Last year Lin play about 28 games during Linsanity year. This is Lin 3rd NBA season

Compare to Felton 8 NBA season its nothing. You can't judge anyone without a few full NBA seasons.

Morris is not a pg. the pg position is harder.

The D-league aint nothing compare to the NBA games. Many players shine in D league but struggles in the NBA games.

Wow Lin is facing a ton of pressure and he is still literally a rookie, I give him props for saying the right things and not giving in the pressure.

Am definitely pulling for the kid to succeed.

    "Literally a rookie"

--I don't think that means what you think it means.

raymond felton is the one who brought up the amount of games point. YOu know than Raymond Felton about how to value experience in actual NBA games?

Lin literally wanted to die when he shot that airball a few days ago, at least figuratively. :)

No one in NY cares if Felton is better. Felton has to help lead this team to at least 2nd round or conference finals. No shame losing to the HEat, but at least get there. If he falls short with Melo and company, that's all that matters.

Right, because New Yorkers never have high expectations of the Knicks...especially their point guards.

Pretty sure your wrong again there buddy. You must've miss the last 1000 threads since Lin's signing.

You simply cannot play as well as he did in NY for 25 games without having talent

If Lin does have talents and I think he does, this is the time to showcase them.

Or he will forever be labeld a choke artist.

Ok so, you don't practice everyday against NBA talent? What was he doing? Just sitting home watching TV for the first 2 years? There are people in the league right now with way less experience playing better than him. Even rookies. Look at someone like A.J. Price in Washington. He's in his 3rd year too. Played probably less than Lin has in his first 2 years. Why is he playing so well? Sure you will make up a new excuse though.
