While great to hear and would be great to have him back, I'll hold off for now.

    Within 3 weeks! Awesome!
Cant wait to see him in the playoffs hounding opponents up and down the floor.

These guys are weak in comparison...

    Lin, Westbrook, D.Rose...

I therefore assume the meniscus will be a trim rather than a repair. Which is good news for this season but maybe not so in the long term. If the meniscus is trimmed Bev could well be back in three weeks.

Hopefully it's a minor tear and won't require surgery. 2-3 weeks of rest and treatment and back on the court just in time for the playoffs.

Yeah that's what I was getting ready to say. If it is minor that would be amazing. I've had a minor meniscus tear that I didn't need surgery for as well.

    Big big heart ...

even before the prognosis comes in, we know you will continue to impact the team on and off the court.

Very optimistic doesn't mean very definite. Probably just jinxed him by creating this thread.

It almost certainly will require arthroscopic surgery to trim the meniscus. Otherwise is just hangs around for about forever. Fortunately that procedure is done in under 30 minutes on an outpatient basis.

Thanks for sharing Clutch. Love the wallpaper over the audio. perfect

sounds like he's going to play, if the "Best Knee Doctor in the World" allows him to.

as an aside, glad he doesn't have a groin injury. That would be ... pause .. uncomfortable for me to hear him say, "I'm going to see the Best Groin Doctor in the World."

That's it. He's officially the toughest guy I've seen put a jersey on. Tearing a meniscus and then saying he would be able to play today. Wow.
