Yay for Economic Recovery! Wait, what???

“If we keep on going like this, the consequences will be devastating,” said McMorris Rogers. “As we’ve learned from Greece and the European Union, no country can escape the costs of big government policies forever. The president’s budget isn’t a blueprint for America — it’s a roadmap to Greece.

    Yay Greece???

    Thanks Obama!

So keep on dodging the issues with names and labels. Obama and all the liberals along with their platitudes will run their course enough.

The only issue here is that there is very little comparison between the United States and Greece and even less comparison between the policies and economics that are the root of the problems in Greece and the policies and economics of the United States.

If you buy the BS put out by the GOP, then the failing is yours.

    Why is this thread-worthy?

"What? A Republican said something disparaging about Obama and his policies, including a doom and gloom prediction based solely on rhetoric with no facts to back it up?!? Oh noes!!!"

"Turning to the weather, the sun rose in the east and set in the west today..."

Difference between us & Greece? We print the world's reserve currency. Greece does not. Though one must wonder, how long before countries reject our currency?

And maybe if her party wasn't blocking any attempt by President Obama to both create new jobs, and protect existing jobs, things would be better. The GOP blocks progress and then blames the President and hopes an uninformed public will believe them.

Brody is correct. The budget that Obama put forth just goes to show what an ignorant idiot he is. It shows that he has not even learned one damn thing from what Greece is going through right now. Seriously, after seeing what Greece and Europe are going through, he submits a budget with of a TRILLION dollar DEFICIT? Think, people, think.

He really should be putting the US on a roadmap to Sweden in my opinion.

    39.70% Debt-to-GDP.

Sweden’s AAA Rating Remains ‘Untested’ by Crisis, Moody’s Says
