    Welcome to the Obamacare world!

    -------------------------------------------------------------------

ST. LOUIS (AP/KMOV.com) -- Hostess workers in St. Louis on Monday joined a national strike against the maker of Twinkies and Wonder Bread.
Early Monday morning, picketers at North Broadway and Taylor kicked off the St. Louis effort, joining walkouts that began Friday at plants across the country.
Hostess Brands Inc. has responded by permanently closing three bakeries following a nationwide strike by its bakers union.
The Texas-based company says the strike has prevented it from producing and delivering products.
Hostess warned earlier this month that the strike, by about 30 percent of its workforce, could lead to bakery closures. It said Monday that it will close bakeries in Seattle, St. Louis and Cincinnati that collectively employ 627 workers. The company has about 18,300 employees.
Thousands of members of the Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco Workers and Grain Millers International Union went on strike earlier this month to protest wage and benefit cuts. Officials say the company stopped contributing to workers’ pension last year. The union rejected the company’s contract offer in September.
Hostess says it will be forced to liquidate and lay off most employees if workers mount a widespread strike.

Don't forget the push by Michelle to control what you eat. It's putting all the junk food makers out of business.

Obamacare destroying jobs in our favorite foods. Let them eat obamaphones.

but wait -- can food stamps be used to purchase twinkies? Is Obama actually indirectly funding his enemies? With taxpayer money of course?

Do you even read the articles you post? This was about pensions that were cut last year - it has nothing to do with Obamacare.

You can't buy Twinkies or Pizza Hut on foodstamps, so Obama voters are good.

    Let's see...

    - Hostess has been in a world of financial trouble, going bankrupt twice in the past 8 years
    - Employees are going on strike because the company stopped contributing to pensions.
    - No mention of PPACA in the article.

Yet the conclusion you draw is that it's Obamacare's fault? Right...

They're the biggest bunch of p*****s, babies, and sore losers I have ever met. Boo f**king hoo, Obama won, Romney lost, people and businesses need to f**king get over their butthurt feelings. I could understand if Obama truly was a controversial or polarizing figure, but he's not, no matter how they try to spin it. You have to believe that with these types of knee-jerk reactions and decisions, coupled with our current social media-driven egotism, that these entities are a sad combination of racism and narcissism. I don't have to worry about this happening with a Republican President- not because he or she will be better, but because as a whole, the liberals and Democrats are more mature than this. If you disagree, 'Pubs, show me examples of businesses and people reacting this way in 2004. Yeah, that's what I thought. Sad saps.
