    Nah, I don't, but I'm kind of a sadomasochist.

I don't rinse with water. I don't understand why you would want to do that.

Rinsing with water afterwards would be less efficient, I would think. Without rinsing with water, you would have listerine residue on your teeth and tongue that would continue to freshen breath and kill bacteria after you were done.

I don't even use listerine. The incessant need for usage of listerine is a fraud perpetuated by the man.

It is pretty simple for me: Listerine, water, dr. pepper.

:D <- look at that white smile!

I rinse with water before Listerine. /shrug

I usually do rinse with water afterwards. I can't stand having that taste left in my mouth.

Maybe because it says to contact a poison control center if you swallow.

I rinse. How about after you do the listerine you go downstairs and have a nice glass of orange juice. Let me know if its the same gross feeling after a brushing.

You don't rinse if it contains fluoride, so the fluoride will have more time to harden on your teeth (in laymans terms)

Alcohol based listerine can be washed without any concerns.

It isnt meant to be swallowed. If your breath is really that bad, dont be cheap. Use it every 6 hours or so.
