Houston Rockets vs New Orleans Pelicans PRESEASON

Sorry to jump the gun but I'm very excited about this season!!! Two questions. 1) What do you think the starting lineup looks like? 2) will directv have this game?

    My prediction
    Howard
    Jones
    CP
    Harden
    Lin

I'm so excited but won't be able to see it :(

League Pass doesn't include pre-season, which totally blows

    You've probably seen this but:

I'd assume they will play very little in the first few, and then as they get closer to the regular season, McHale will probably try and tighten the rotation to closer to what it will be in the regular season.

Unlike previous years though, the preseason is going to be very important to get the chemistry right with the regular rotation players. They are going to want to win as many games as possible this year, and they need to get off to a good start as eluded to by Morey a few days ago.

However, the one starter I dont think you'll see a ton of would be Howard. I'd assume that they want to keep him minutes very low in the preseason. Maybe even sit him for 2 or 3 of the games. I assume you'll see the most minutes from Lin, Bev, Harden, Parsons, Jones/D-Mo, Asik (if healthy) with the other new guys sprinkled in to test their fit & chemistry with the regular guys.

I think McHale might start Smith and Use TJ as a and 3 and 4 guy coming off the bench.

I hope that Dmo gets the start. I like his passing ability and offense, and hopefully he will continue to improve his D.
