I hope he ends up starting for the for many years. I see him at sf and lamb at sg. That's the future people.

Thanks, BTE... great threads. It's a shame that this game is competing against the BCS Championship game for Rockets fans, but I'll be checking in on Morris.

I did speak to a staff member the other night at the Thunder home game and asked his thoughts on Morris (results only in on his first game at that point). He said it was good to see, but what they're looking for from him down there is "consistency." Game 2 was great ... let's see if he can keep it going.

interestingly enough, tied for 28th in NBDL scoring after 1 game (17 Pts) is none other than former Rocket Mike James. 4/15 shooting though lol.

Clutch when you get a chance it would be great if you would inquire about Greg Smith.

    Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the props, Clutch. It's good to hear something about Morris, also. Hopefully, Morris can repeat his last 2 games and get called up soon.

If the Rockets are looking for 'consistency', then Morris isn't likely to be called up soon. How can you gauge consistency in 3-5 games?

So Morris can do something on offense other than jack 3s.. Good to see him playing confident and doing what he does again instead of trying to force a point. Looking forward to seeing him back in the NBA

Its like Morris is playing amongst little children in this game ...

Is this quality of play in D-League less than Summer League?

Compared to Jermaine Taylor, Brooks, and Patterson, Morris is scoring more efficiently than all of them. As well as scoring at a much higher rate.

His potential as Melo-lite seems the most apt in terms of the type of player he can be.
