I don't get to watch many of the games but my impression coming away from last nights game against the Wizards was that the team definitely looks tired to me. I love the pace. I love the identity the team has taken as a fast break team but will it run the tread off the tires before we even finish out the season? We have the youngest team in the league also, at least before the trade, and this might be something else to consider. Harden, Lin, and Asik are being asked to play more minutes at a sustained pace than ever before. This might also be a cause for concern. I don't know what I'm looking for in making this observation. Has anyone else noticed this or was it just last night? Does anyone else have this concern? Go Rockets.
they were tired. it was the second of a back-to-back, on the road. yeah they got tired in the 2nd half. it happens. i don't see how the 2nd highest scoring team in the league seems "tired"?
3 games in 4 nights with a shorthanded team. It happens. Be glad we won 2 of 3 and are off until Wednesday. They'll be fine, they are professional athletes.
3 games 4 nights, 2nd night of a b2b both away, Lin sick, Parsons a little sick. Lots of reasons why they looked tired.
There are only a handful of teams in the NBA that would have a shot of winning those 3 games in 4 nights. And I cannot think of one that could do it missing 55+ mpg from their rotation.
We just went 2-1 out of the All Star break, and maybe should have won last night. I thought that Washington played well last night. Ariza was very efficient last night on O & D. I'm sure he enjoyed that. We are fine. That was a classic trap game especially after the first two wins. Tough 2 wins there. The loss was on a back to back on the road. Natural for a team to be a little tired. I think we got a few bad calls down the stretch, but we lost oh well. Let's win some more!
winnable game. james harden, poor defense trevor ariza scored easily. jeremy lin poor shooting night. team looked fine to me.
