    Not really. Free agents don't seem to appreciate the "wait and see" approach (see Lowry and Parsons) and are more interested in looking out for themselves then putting their needs on hold for some other plans. Once that contract is signed, you can't lower his hold from the 11million. Then you're not close to space for guys who aren't coming here anyway. The Bledsoe and Monroe delays likely increase RFAs motivation to force teams hands as quickly as possible.
