Ryan Mallett will be fine. He won't be a Tom Brady or an Aaron Rodgers type quarterback. But he will be better than Matt Schaub. He will be a decent quality, starting quarterback. You heard it here first.
After last year's disaster, it's easy to forget that Schaub used to be good. He led the league in passing yards for a season and was a pro bowler twice. Being better than Schaub means Mallett is really good.
Matt Schaub accomplished more (and looked better) with the Falcons than Mallet did with the Patriots.
Pats got a 6th round pick while Falcons did quite a bit better. Will Mallet ever make a Pro Bowl. Heck, will he ever start for 1 whole season?
Of course he did Matt actually played in real games while Mallet only played in preseason game. Don't understand why would anybody make this type of comparison. IMO makes no sense.

How do you know Mallett sucks? Are you at practice? Are you there with O'B analyzing if hes got what it takes to run his system? Fact is Fitzy sucks, and you dont know if Mallett sucks until he gets in the game.
I think Bob watches both Fitz and Mallet during practice enough to judge if Mallet is better than Fitz. you saying Bob doesn't know what he's doing?
Everything we've seen of him has sucked, if he didn't why wouldn't he be playing? Are you at practice? Are you there with BOB analyzing if he's got what it takes to run his system? I'm basing everything off of what we've seen and I don't have any behind the scenes insider info, perhaps you do if you think there is a reason to doubt what little we've actually seen from Mallett.
after today.... F it. give mallett a chance. it's not like BOB has a lot on fitz's plate. in fact, fitz has training wheels on if I have ever seen it. put mallett in, keep the training wheels on, and see if he delivers.

No im not at practice because I get to see Fitzy in the actual game, He has to stick with Fitz for a reasonable amount of time because hes the starter but eventually he will go with Mallett because this ship aint gonna sail.
