Brian Urlacher?

    Yeah, I know. Reed is old but he's good, Urlacher is old but he sucks... that's what I was getting at.

    No chance, multiple knee surgeries and coming off of one now if I'm not mistaken.

    The Bears offered him 2 mil and that was a "slap in the face" to him. I doubt he gets any more than that at this point. The dude's knee is gone.

    I understand the skepticism in him but he plays MLB a position where having elite speed is a just an awesome extra. Manti Teo is coming into the league running 4.8's. James Laurinitus ran a 4.8. If Brian Urlacher drops down from a 4.4 to a 4.6-4.7 who really cares. The guy obviously can play.

    The only real question is, is his coverage just that bad that he is an egregious liability? If not he still brings value especially to our roster.

    A coworker of mine just texted me with information. He has a friend who works for Fox Sports Net that said the two most likely destinations for Urlacher are Houston and Miami. Not sure how reliable that information is, though.
