I noticed some of these have XP and some have Win7. Is there really that much of a difference? I have laptops with both and I still think XP is a good OS.

Has anyone found a really good deal on a 1080p 42" LCD (or plasma) or thereabouts sized TV for 'Cyber Monday'? Am at work and not really able to spend it searching and searching...
They haven't come in yet. I read tons of reviews on it and they were all positive, assuming you were trying to stay in the $500 and below range. I also wanted it to have a Blu-Ray player, but this unit has 3 HDMI inputs and most of the others (in this price range) didn't have but 1 if that, so i figured I could just hook up my PS3 or get a seperate Blu-Ray player. Once it's hooked up I'll let you know what I think.
That's cool. Right now, I'm debating between these Onkyo, this Sony (Sony BDV-E770W), and another Sony (Sony HT-SF470). Pro's of the BDV-E770W: Onboard Screen, Rear-wireless speakers, decent review from cnet, wireless apps (wifi), great sound (at least from what I've read), BD player Cons of the BDV-E770W: 1 HDMI output (no HDMI inputs), buggy interface Pros of the HT-SF470: Tower speakers (which I really want), 3 HDMI inputs, wireless capable, excellent sound (again, so I've heard). Cons of the HT-SF470: No onboard display, wireless requires purchase of S-AIR box, no wifi (though I don't really care for it), no BD player The price difference between the 1st one and the 2nd one is about $100... that's why I'm leaning towards getting the 2nd one... Also checked up on a reviews about the Onkyo and they've all been excellent, as you said. It's just a matter of me choosing between a BD player or no BD player, and Tower Speakers or wall-mounted speakers.
Lol. U SCURRED? The going price for it seems to be around $299.xx, so you saved about $9-$10. At least you didn't get screwed over.
For cyber monday did anyone see that vizio 47 120hz tv for sale on amazon for 599? I picked one up and I'm wondering what everyone things of that pc.
I don't think it's a pc. I havent looked at specs, but if you're looking for a great picture like a samsung or panasonic, you may be let down. If you just want to say you got a big screen for a cheap price, you won't be let down. I have a 27" Vizio in my geek room and it's an ok tv but the picture quality isn't on par with top tier names.
I saw the TV. Thought I was a good deal. I'm waiting for a TV > 50" and 120hz. Here's hoping Amazon gets a good one around bonus time.
http://home.dailysteals.com/ has espn mag and insider access for 1 year for 2 bucks today not too big on the mag but insider access for 2 bucks is nice and really at that price its less than a dime per issue.
 LMAO!!!! Just realized that I wrote that. Thats what happens when I post at work. It's a TV what does everyone think of this tv....
Insider only lasts a year. If you don't tell them to cancel after the 1 year, they renew it automatically.
I think I'm going to get it and then purchase the S-AIR receiver and adapter later. I really wanted a Blu-Ray since I'm giving my PS3 to my brother, but oh well... I'll end up getting a blu-ray player or something.
Oh well least I didn't get took to the bank. Walmart had another version that had less powerful speakers, but after tax this one was only $20 more.
