Have met Mrs Barry quite a few times. Lovely woman and I'd be shocked if this were true. She would come into the restaurant I used to manage, by herself, and was always respectful, tipped well, and never pretentious.
I understand and know that I could be mistaken, but that just wasn't the vibe I got from her. Then again, maybe she got tired of being "mom" and wanted the glamour of dating "Tony" His name carries a LOT of weight around San Antonio. A LOT.
y'all should take a look at the other thread....figured it would have been merged, but there's probably more info there than here. I think they both just got lonely, Eva being in LA filming and Barry doing NBA TV....assuming the barrys still live in SA anyway...probably helped each other out one day and kept seeing each other from there...i'd say most affairs that don't involve slutty people happen that way.
An ex-gf of mine in San Antonio knew a girl who dated Tony Parker. He cheated on her too, but she gave him a pass because he was really young at the time. Spurs fans.

You know whats funny, I flip through the channels on Sunday and I always land on Desperate Housewives. Weird because this has happened for 7 season. Anyways, kind of ironic from what I can tell with the show being on in the background, with this whole story. This season, they have a new character (Vanessa Williams) who is married but gets divorced from her cheating athlete husband. There is actually a scene with Vanessa and Eva, where Eva's character says something about how can Vanessa get married to a pro athlete. Sort of like a subliminal shout out to herself on the show. Just thought it was interesting considering what has gone down. That episode was maybe a week or two before this story broke. Yes, I was able to pick all this up with this show being on in the background while I do other things.....
Tony is French, popular and rich. And most of all French. If you are French and don't have a mistress on the side...that's like saying to people, Hey, I'm no good at multitasking.
